Service Contracts :  "Money Savings Agreements"

Sinclair Heating and Air Conditioning's "Money Savings Agreement"  will help to keep your HVAC equipment maintained and operating at peak efficiency.  Paying us "just a little" to perform routine maintenance could prevent you from paying large repair bills on your home comfort systems due to lack of maintenance. 

 

For the very reasonable price* shown below, Sinclair Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. will place your home comfort systems under a Planned Service Agreement.

 

Services Performed and Benefits of the Plan Include:

 

  • 1 or 2 Service Visits Per Year, (you choose, but 2 is much better for your equipment and your energy bill!)
  • You become a "Priority One" service customer
  • Inspection of overall operation
  • Check refrigerant pressures
  • Air filters cleaned or replaced
  • Condensate drain lines cleaned
  • Voltage and Amperage checked
  • Check temperture difference across the coil (Delta-T)
  • Clean indoor (limited) and outdoor coils*
  • Inspect and adjust controls
  • Check electrical connections
  • Lubricate moving parts as needed

 

* The HVAC Service Agreement fee listed was the price as of February 21, 2012.  The price is subject to change without notice.  Please call our office to confirm pricing, or simply use our "Contact Us" page to request a Service Agreement price quote. Impacted (extremely dirty) coils may also require additional cleaning and may incur additional labor fees not included in the HVAC Service Agreement.
